Yawn

Did Rumple Leed test yesterday. Whoa banyak gila bintik merah! Suspected to have Dengue hemorrhagic fever. :O Oh no, not againn..My blood test showed quite low in leucocytes level. Dr Eka and dr Ati advised me to buy Imboost force ( aka immune booster), drinks plenty of water, eat lots of vit Cs and have a good rest. :D

But today, my body is still feverish and still shivering
I've lost my appetite, but i really do want to eat. It's just that my taste buds won't let me. Rasa payau je semua makanan. Yucks.
So I bought chocolates and Pulpy oranges. Tapi still rasa pelik. Ugh I really hate being sickk;(
I slept 15 hours last night. Hehe Woke up feeling dizzy and nauseous :|

Counselling exam hari isnin ni. *gasps*. Still tak jelas macam mane nak cakap, apa yang kena cakap. Tak jelas dengan turn exam. Chief utk group kali ni sangat ga jelas jugak la. Camne ni. Penat la sikit-sikit asyik kena tanya je. Pfft. Aaaaa cuakk pulakk. Semoga patient gue dapat datang untuk counselling nanti. Amin. Amin.

Now asyik stress je. Banyak kena fikir. I wonder how a real doctor handle his/her stress. Kalau kat hospital tu, tengok residents smua stress. Especially the O&G residents. Muka ketat je. Kesian sangat kat diorang, awal-awal pagi dah kena datang follow up patient. Then kalo ada grand round dengan konsulen (consultants), memang gelabah bontot sume orang. Marah sana marah sini. Kalau time oncall stress siapkan status patients , tak bleh salah sikit sebab nanti kena bambu dengan konsulen. Balik kerja pulak lambat, kadang tu ada yang sampai malam. :( Dengar citer kat Malaysia lagi teruk kena torture. Aaaa Memang kena stay strong la. If tak kuat boleh jadi gila wakaka

Bila dah masuk Family Medicine ni, kena pegi klinik desa, handle patients sendiri2, amat scary. Takut sangat kalau salah diagnosis, salah kasi ubat ke. Hari tu dapat pulak sorang pervert patient. Hampeh betul rasa nak siku je. Aaaa kena banyakkk study ni. Medical knowledge ni sangat luas oh, gotta keep on studying sehingga nyawa dikandung badan, wakaka aku pun tak paham maksud peribhasa ni. Dr Eppy pernah pesan, kalau jadi doktor nanti, kena buat-buat confident je. Haha. If taktau kena buat-buat tau jugak. Lols. That's actually true. Wakaka. Hari tu pegi homevisit, patient aku tanya macam-macam. Anak dia kembung lah, apa lah. Dah le tak pernah masuk dept anak, anak pun takde lagi, mana la gua tau cemana rasanya perut baby yg kembung. hahaha. Pastu dengan muka takboleh blah, percuss & palpates perut dia sikit, tanya sikit2 symptoms lain, Then cakap, ya, anak ibu ni kembung. wakaka. xD Aaaa peenatnye jadi doktor ni. Bila fikir je pun dah boleh bikin penat. Please lah gaji banyak gilos. Kena siap2 takut kena saman dengan patient. Hahaa adoii. Rasa wrinkles makin bertambah since masuk hospital ni. Dah la sekarang jerawat suka tumbuh dengan mekarnya kat muka aku ni. Huwaaa

Actually Family Medicine ni menarik juga. Especially kalau ditempatkan kat Padasuka. Kat klinik ni kita memang act as a doctor lah. Dari history taking saammpai kasi ubat, suma kerja kita. Kalau salah kasi ubat, tu salah kitaa jugakk. hehe. -.- If you're already passed the internal medicine and paediatrics department, you are already a doctor here! Hehe Sebab patients yang datang usually came with complains yg typical macam batuk, selesema, demam, darah tinggi, diabetic blablabla. Tu suma kat internal med. Kitorang baru je lepas dept Obstetrics&Gyne,ENT, dan lain-lain. So tau basics je pasal penyakit interna. Nak kasi ubat apa taktau. So sikit-sikit consult doctor kat situ. Hehe. Tapi lama-lama dah tau lahh an. Photo below was taken by shimuniri. Haha. Patients gua tu datang nak mintak referral letter ke Hospital Hasan Sadikin. Erk, that doesn't sound right..Haha Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin. Kekekeke.

Oh btw, yang tak bestnya pasal klinik padasuka ni, tempat ni tak condusive langsung. Dengan padatnya, percahayaan nya malap, ventilation kureng tapi nasib baik doc baik-baik and sangaat membantu. Ktorang ni dah la noob. Banyak taktau. Nak buat prescription pun salah. Takpe, saya suka belajar. Lama-lama nanti terer lah kan. Kat sini pharrmacist takde, so kalau buat cincai-cincai takboleh lah kan. Paling tak best kalau dapat patients kanak-kanak. Susah. Nak kena calculate dosage ikut berat badan @ umur dia. Sepanjang belajar medik ni , math skills memang hampeh. Terkial-kial buka iphone & kira guna calculator. lol. Tapi aku rasa best pulak Peadiatrics. Macam tak sabar nak masuk dept tu. Hehek.

Satu lagi perkara best kat famed, kita boleh balik rumah awal! Hahaha Kadang tu alasan pegi homevisit patients, tapi patients takde, so boleh balek awal! HAHA Gaji tak dapat, so tak boleh la nak cakap makan gaji buta ke apa kan. HAHA.

Rehabilitation Medicine

I now currently in Rehab Medic department. Patients kat sini biasanya come with problems macam osteoarthritis, lower back pain, stroke, cerebral palsy etc. They came for physiotherapy obviously. Yesterday I saw a kid with muscle atrophy. Otot kaki sebelah kanan dia mengecut. And she can't walk properly :'( So the physiotherapist suruh dia jalan with the help of a walker. The kid walk excitedly but after few steps, she already tired. I thought she was malu with us watching at her. So we went away.

While I was waiting for my lower back pain (LBP) patient at the policlinic, I saw a kid in red dress. She was carried by her father as she can't walk at all. Her lower limbs doesn't function at all. They were too weak. She was in age of 10 years old, I assumed. She sat besides me and start clapping her hands and mumblings happily. It was so sad just to watch her like that :( I hate seeing patients like this. It always breaks my heart. I wish I could cure every each of them.

I am so grateful to be born perfect like this. Walau masih banyak kekurangan but at least I can still walk and speak properly.

Alhamdulillah. It's been a week since I got into clinicals. Life is stressful once u entered the hospital. Lots things to study and learn. My first week was in Gigi & Mulut department. Hectic like heck! My preceptor, dr A is a very strict woman. She scolded us most of the time. More to membebel actually. TEEHEE. After all, she just wanna help us passed the exam.
My first day in GiMul was not nice at all. My mind was empty. Ye la, doc tanya pasal dentistry. Tak pernah belajar for the past 4 years. So we were all blank. Our preceptor was so stressed. She asked questions, none can answer correctly. LOL. Second day was the presentation day. Yoga and I were give a topic entitled 'Impaksi Molar 3'. Okay, kinda easy. But actually, she wanted more details. Ours was very superficial. We didn't include Operculitis or pericoronitis or pericoronal abcess. That was very important. Sigh. And I can't answered the questions well.
Okay lets skip some part cuz I now getting bored of writing. Nak makan megi now! Teehee
So sabtuday was the examination day. The first exam, we were given a case and we need to diagnose the patient and give appropriate treatment planning and therapy. plus the counselling. We only got 20 minutes to do it. The second one was the essay. We have to answer 4 questions yang berangkai in 10 minutes. After that, answer sheet were collected and we have to discuss with the examiner (who is a specialist in dentistry department) and defends our diagnosis. Unfortunately, my diagnosis were wrong. I was lucky to have passed this department. All thanks to the Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah.

Currectly, I'm in Nuclear Medicine Department. Sangat santai department ni. hey ho. But my first day was kinda funny and yet stressful juga lah. My back ache like hell. Adoi. Penat kejar residen and specialist untuk cari kasus pasien hipertiroid. Alhamdulillah the residents were ALL nice and helpful. Alhamdulillah, Allah permudahkan jua. Terima Kasih Oh Tuhan :)

Examination for Nuclear Department is on this coming Friday! Hopefully dapat doc yang very helpful and kind! aminnnn

Not so awesome night. Technically, it was a mess. The lighting and the sound management were especially sucks. Maybe the committee were lack of experience, hence the not-organized-at-all party. The performance were kinda boring. However, the last ones was pretty awesome. *cough* handsome guitarist *cough*
The objective of having the graduation night was to make the gap between us Malaysian and Indonesian closer. But it didn't achieved that. pffft. Malaysians with malaysians. Indonesians with indonesians. I'm hoping that someday we can get to know each other. Say hello to each other. You know, be friends :)
Anyway, despite my migraine attacks, I had fun last night. Me camwhoring like a BOSS. Stalked some cute Indonesian guys. Oh and also the one handsome car at the dinner *cough* yellow car* cough.

The reason why I made a blog at the first place is because I love to write what I'm feeling inside. I'm not the kind of person who can express themselves easily to others. I kept everything to myself. Not really everything lah. Kadang2 tersembur jugak. But tu maybe to certain ppl je kot. I used to blog to earn some money. Semangat blogwalking sebab nak increase traffic. Now dah malas. Em, actually dah setahun dah kot aku malas-malas blogwalking. Malas nak layan duit nuffnang, dapat buffered earnings pun buat bodo je. I felt like crying. My heart was so 'keras' before. I never really like the 'pangamen-pengamen' here. Cuz there are a lot of them! Bersepah kat mana-mana. I just can pick who to give money, if they were rude, I won't give any cents to them.

But the kid. He really open up my mind to a lot of things. I should be grateful in everything I have. I got money. I have a big room. I have parents and family. And I have chance to study in university. That poor little kid, I hope he survive this world. I hope he's going to be a good man in the future.

Just got back from Shah Alam. Pegi hantar adik sekolah, repair laptop, and renew IC. Hehek. Kinda happy today cuz jumpa orang baik-baik je hari ni. *cough* orang hensem *cough* dekat tempat renew IC *cough*
Kat kedai repair laptop tadi pun minah tu cakap elok-elok je. Nak cakap terima kasih pun tenang je. Hari tu aku jumpa mamat tu kerek gila ah, bak kata adik aku, nebeng daktuk. Kat kedai Celcom kot. pffftt tak jadi nak beli simcard. And ade jugak kat mana ntah, tak reti nak senyum & cakap terima kasih. Lepastu aku cakap je tima kasih kuat2, kasi senggattt! ;P Penting wo those simple words. Anyway, hari ni walaupun cuaca panas, tapi hati tak panas dah.

Actually nak citer..tadi lepas renew IC, waktu me and my mom nak lintas jalan kat parking lot depan plaza masalam, tiba-tiba ada kereta ni bagi signal kat satu selekoh ni. Macho man pulak tu. jengjengjeng. Dah la buang tebiat pulak tu senyum kat ako, haa. aku rasa dia tu pelakon kot. Biasanya pelakon ni suka bajet orang kenal dia, lepastu senyum tak pasal2. Lagipun macam pernah ku lihat muka dia tu. Macam Eid Nora Elena pulak. Haha.

Alhamdulillah. Dari awal sampai akhir, Allah tak putus2 tolong aku. Memang banyak gila obstacle yg aku tempuhi. eceeyhh. Sapa follow belog ni maybe boleh tau sikit kot perjuangan daku dengan thesis nih. kot. Tapi realitasnya memang sengsara lah nak siapkan minor thesis yang seketul nih. Tapi, yelah, macam yang aku cakapp tadi. Allah tolong dari awal sampai akhir,. Dapat 1st supervisor yang baik gilaaa & ada title professor & dekan pula tu. haaa. My second supervisor yang garang + strict tapi sebenarnya baik hati. Maybe she just wants everything to be perfect. That's why la dia torture i teruk sikit. hehek. Thanks thanks ya Allah.

Selain tu, ada kengkawan yang tolong betulkan thesis sikit2. Ada doctor yang tolong ajar statistical analysis. JPA kasi duit lebey waktu time critical nak guna duit for experiment *duit claim kittas je actly., bkn duit lebey ponnn -_- * heh.

Time sidang pulak dapat examiners yang baik2 & ada sorang tu cantek gilaaadalesungpipitwoww! And suma examiners pulak tak banyak tanya & macam taktau nak tanya ape dah. Maybe cuak dengan prof i and doc N i kot.. Hehek. Plus, diorang tanye pulak benda yang kinda senang kecuali satu je yang susah. Thank God, my 2nd doc tolong i time tu..hehek

Waktu sidang tu ada dua benda yang aku pikir. Nak banggakan my supervisors. and nak banggakan my parents. Alhamdulillah, God heard me. He gave me an A. Rasa nak sujud syukur time tu jugak. Hehek.

Taktau lah kenapa, aku rasa bersyukurrr sangat sekarangg. Walaupun banyak je benda tak best terjadi, still rasa bersyukur.. Cool la positive energy ni, it makes your life in blisss :) Heks

mmm...happyy sangat dapat dengar umi & abah happyyy :) Semalam ada 8 missed calls from umi & abah. Aku tinggalkan phone kat bilik sebab takde batt. Pastu aku pon pegi rumah jiran an, balik2 terus aku call umi. Umi abah risau aku fail ke ape ke kan, kenapa lah tak jawab phone an. wuwuwuwu. Abah pulak buat termengah2 pulak, risau akooo :( Tapi bila aku bagitau aku dapat brape, hapcited (happy+excited) gila diorangg..teringat time dapat result SPM..wuuu. Aku nak terus terusan banggakn umi abah, nak bagi both of them happy je.

Nak jadi doktor cepat-cepat kalau boleh. Tapi kena wisuda dulu. Kena KOAS dulu, Kena magang dulu. Gila tough jalan yang aku pilih nih. Ya Allah, kuatkanlah aku plis? Permudahkanlah urusan aku, plis?
